Goals
Measuring human trafficking indicators with ease, identifying victims and providing assistance to them
Axles
the first topic: Definition of human trafficking crime from the international and Saudi perspectives and their elements.
The second topic: The penalty for human trafficking and the cases in which the penalty is aggravated and the cases of exemption from it.
The third topic: The indicators of human trafficking in terms of action and means.
The fourth topic: The general indicators of human trafficking.
The fifth topic: The forms of human trafficking, including sexual exploitation - compulsory labor - forced labor - child trafficking - domestic labor - trafficking in begging activities.
The sixth topic: The rights of victims of human trafficking and cases for discussion.
The seventh topic: The tasks of the department of combating human trafficking crimes and the procedures of the case.
The eighth topic: Violations of the labor system that may indicate suspicion of human trafficking.
The ninth topic: The distinction between the human trafficking crime and behavioral assault, smuggling migrants and poor working conditions
