The Industry Council of Jeddah Chamber organizes a meeting with the Saudi Export-Import Bank

The Jeddah Chamber, represented by the Industry Council, organized today a special meeting with the Saudi Export-Import Bank under the title "Financing and Insurance Solutions for Exporters"; This is to educate investors in this sector, and introduce financing services and solutions available to the industrial sector provided by the Bank; And in the presence of representatives of the Saudi Export-Import Bank, members of the Industry Council, and those interested in the industry and export sector.

During the meeting, a presentation was made on the services and products provided by the bank to exporters. While the meeting targets factory owners and managers, managers and officials of international sales, managers and officials of international marketing, managers and financial officials of small, medium and large giant factories, and those interested in the export sector.    

During which, a member of the Council of Industry at the Jeddah Chamber, Mr. Fahd Al Nanieh, gave an overview of the council and its role in raising the awareness of the industrial sector about the initiatives and solutions that the competent authorities offers to support the sector in a way that helps the continuity of industrial development projects in Jeddah Governorate.

It is worth noting that the Saudi Export-Import Bank, which was established in 1441H corresponding to 2020, aims to promote the development of Saudi non-oil exports and diversify them to raise their competitiveness in global markets in various sectors.

The attendees of the meeting, investors and those interested in exporting, interacted by asking a number of questions and inquiries that were clarified and answered by the bank’s representatives, which include the targeted products in support and financing, the application mechanism, eligibility criteria, and other questions of interest to every investor who has the desire to expand and export abroad in order to enhance the local content. In order to achieve the Kingdom's vision 2023 in supporting the development of Saudi exports and ensuring business sustainability.
