The Jeddah Chamber has kept pace with the cultural and developmental renaissance witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the commercial and industrial fields; as the Authority developed and expanded significantly, whether at the organizational and administrative level or in the volume of work supporting the development of the business sector, bearing in mind the development of the services it provides to more than 160,000 subscribers, in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The Chamber welcomes, through its whole new website, which provides various services to its customers on their various segments; Adopting the user experience and customer journey by utilizing the latest technologies to facilitate the customer’s access to all services from one place, With high-quality standards to provide added value to business sectors, characterized by efficiency in performance and speed.
The Chamber culminated its electronic achievements with the digital transformation project to support its directions in providing services of the highest quality and best practices, through total reliance on the use of such systems; which included the development of the Chamber’s systems and infrastructure through the implementation of a package of electronic projects; to ensure the provision of distinguished services with a high competitive advantage that facilitates and shortens the time for the Chamber’s customers, 24 hours and from anywhere; In line with the Kingdom’s trends in activating the role of technology and digital projects in various aspects of lifeز
