  • In Vision 2030, the Kingdom aims to raise the rate of women’s participation in the labor market from 22% to 30%. Based on this vision, the Kingdom supports improving women’s skills, investing in their capabilities and empowering them to take their place within the programs to promote the Saudi economy.
  • Lack of sufficient training services targeting women, especially female entrepreneurs
  • Education and training are one of the pillars of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Plan 2020, which aim to raise the absorptive capacity of technical and vocational training programs, to increase qualified professional cadres to meet the needs of the labor market.
  • The government paid attention to e-learning, and this was evident through the establishment of the National E Learning Center.
  • The Kingdom’s Vision 2030 focused on investing in education and training and providing Saudis with the knowledge and skills necessary for future jobs that require qualitative skills with high efficiency. Intensifying efforts to align the outcomes of the educational system with the needs of the labor market and providing job and training opportunities for all Saudis
